December Empties

I want to say that I haven't used that much this month but actually it is only just "not much" compared to what I might usually go through!

Intelligent Nutrients Harmonic Shampoo & Conditioner - Loved the scent of this but click here for my full review

REN Moroccan Rose Otto Body Wash - I really liked using this shower gel, it has such a delicate rose scent which made it a pleasure to use. I have so many shower gels backed up so I probably won't buy this one again for some time

NYR Ginger & Vanilla Body Lotion - This sweet, spicy lotion was perfect for Christmas. Full review here

NYR Palmarosa Facial Wash - This 100ml bottle must have lasted me 6 months. Just one tiny pump was enough to wash my face and leave it feeling clean. Again, I have so many face washes stashed that I won't need to buy again for a long while

bodhi Neroli Lucé Face Oil - A stand out product for me this past year. This small bottle made a huge improvement to my skin. Review here

Herbfarmacy Lip Conditioner - I have loved using this lip balm, it feels good and it smells good. Will buy again

VMV Hypoallergenics Know-It-Oil 100% Organic Virgin Coconut Oil - I have used the super oil for everything and althought I have used coconut oil before, I have never had the same results (not even close) than I have with this brand

Indie Lee 100% Squaline Oil - A small sample but one that lasted ages as I needed such a small amount. Easily absorbed and great at reducing wrinkles. Will buy again but not just yet

Caudalie Divine Oil - Boy oh boy, this body oil was just as described - divine! A beautiful scent and so easily absorbed. I want to use it again already

Gwdihw Nail Wizard - Perfect size pot to keep by the bed and give my nails a bed time treat. Really liked this product but wont buy again at the moment as I have loads of hand balms to use up

S.W. Basics Shea Butter Cream - Super rich cream that was actually too much for my skin. I used it at night on my legs but won't be buying again

Peppy Galore Diva Face Moisturiser - a light an airy moisturiser that seemed to last for weeks! I would buy this again

Freyaluna Shine Control and Soothe the Sensitive Facial Tonics - These are perfect travel sized toners and both of them worked well

Freyaluna Soothe the Senitive and Regain Your Balance Facial Moisturisers - These were both a bit too heavy for my skin, even with it being Winter so I don't think I will use them again

Celtic Herbal Company Soap sample - a lovely little soap that lathered well and left my hands feeling clean but without drying them out

 During this month I am taking part in #NoBuyJanuary so I imagine that my empties post for January will be full of sample sized products!

So about a week ago I posted about what I have by my bed and today I'll be writing about what I have in my handbag...

Apivita - Handcream with Aloe & Honey - I only need a light moisturiser for my hands and this really does the job. It is easy to apply and absorbs quickly.

bodhi - Mint The Temple Balm - A true saviour for headaches and tired limbs. I keep this close by at all times. See my full review here.

Bentley Organic - Hand Sanitizer - I can get a bit funny about germs sometimes, especially when out and about where lots of people are so I need something that will clean my hands on the go. This sanitiser is alcohol, paraben and perfume free and also 90% organic!

Herbfarmacy - Lip Conditioner - Love this lip balm - it smells great and lasts for ages on the lips. I'm actually just about to come to the end of it but will be repurchasing.

Neal's Yard Remedies - Remedies to Roll in Travel & Energy - Again, these two are really handy. I don't travel well if I am a passenger in a car and this helps with the nausea. I usually have GinGins in my bag too but appear to be out at the moment! The Energy is so useful and really gives me a boost if I find myself flagging.

The Body Shop - Tea Tree Blotting Tissues - My skin can get a oily as the day progresses so I keep these to hand to take some of the shine off. Saying that however, I can't actually remember the last time I used them which must mean something in my skincare routine is working!

Bach Flower Remedies - Rescue Remedy Spray - I worry, I panic, I have high anxiety. Just having this close by is helpful! I find the spray much easier to use than the oil drops, it is instant rather and fast working.

I was tagged by Tania over at Bow Tied Beauty to do this I Love Fall Tag and while it is Autumn to me (no offence Americans) I will still keep the title!

1.) Favourite Fall lip product?

I'm currently using a mix of Herbfarmacy Lip Conditioner in Marshmallow & Vanilla during the day and bodhi Cacao Cocoon Lip Treatment at night

2.) Favorite Fall Nail Polish?

I love neutral colours so usually wear skin tone polish but especially browns at this time of year

3.) Favorite Starbucks Fall Drink?

Soy Toffee Nut Latte. I love those crunchy sprinkles on top!

4.) Favorite Fall Candle?

Anything with cinnamon and/or ginger. I haven't got a go-to Autumnal candle yet though.

5.) Favorite Fall Scarf or Accessory?

I'm a huge scarf fan - I did a sort out last weekend and have about 30 different ones! My current favourite is a massive navy one from Zara. 

6.) Haunted house, haunted hay ride, or haunted corn maze?

Eeeek, too frightened! I don't know which is less scary - a hay ride?

7.)  Favorite Halloween movie?

Scream! Or Rocky Horror Picture Show. Neither of them are scary but both great for this time of year

8.) Favorite candy to eat on Halloween?

Popcorn but then I like to eat that all year!

9.) What are you dressing up as for Halloween?!

I'm off to see a recorded live version of the play Frankenstein with Benedict Cumberbatch as Frankenstein for Halloween so I won't be dressing up this year

10.) What is your Favorite thing about Fall?

Bright, sunny days that warrant wearing sun glasses but cold enough to need a coat and a big scarf - perfect for stomping around woods!
